Michelin-trained executive chef with 20+ years in private and fine dining across the UAE, Greece and Bahrain. I cook for the table, not for the menu.
I started cooking professionally in Venezuela in 1997 and haven't stopped since. My career took me through fine dining in Caracas, the waterfront restaurants of Thessaloniki, beach resorts in Crete, award-winning kitchens in Bahrain, and most recently a Michelin-listed venue in Dubai's DIFC.
What that path taught me is how to read a table. Not just dietary restrictions or preferences, but what a meal needs to feel like for the people sitting at it. A family dinner in a villa and a private dinner for a CEO's guests are completely different experiences, and I treat them that way.
I work sole-charge. No brigade, no fuss. Just precise, calibrated cooking adapted entirely to your household, your guests and your palate.
