Classically Trained Chef with Global Experience, including NYC, Dubai, Vancouver & Southern California. Specialized in Modern North American Cuisine.

Award nominated chef, and one part of a husband and wife chef duo. After graduating from the French culinary Institute in NYC, I went on to work at Marlow & Sons, the Marrow, Kinshop in NYC before taking a year long sabbatical to travel the world. Later relocated to Dubai as Founder/Exec Chef of Apotheke & Brambles, which specialized in California Wellness. Specialize in healthy, fresh and veg forward cuisine influenced largely by my Persian/Californian roots and love for travel. In 2020, relocated to Vancouver, where I focused on creating luxury, bespoke Private Chef experiences. Finally moving back to California, where I founded Tat Hospitality, where we expanded our Luxury Chef Services to Southern California and beyond. Co-owner of Zood, a fast casual Persian Californian Concept, which stemmed from a desire to change the face of fast food and provide a healthier option to all.
