Passionate about my craft with 17 years experience in fine dining and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
At the age of 17, I commenced my culinary career in the kitchen. Throughout my tenure at Wolfgang Puck Catering Company, I have progressed through various roles, working in renowned establishments such as Spago in Beverly Hills and catering to prestigious events like the Oscars and Emmy Awards.
For the past eight years, I have resided in Moscow, Russia, where I have served as the brand chef for multiple restaurants, with Sangre Fresca in Patriarch Ponds being the most notable.
Currently, I am based in Dubai, operating from two venues: Myata Platinum Restaurant, which specializes in modern fusion cuisine, and the recently opened Mexican restaurant, Sobremesa.
My extensive experience includes personal chef duties, catering to clients with specific dietary and health preferences.
