Chef Melvyn Mel

I learned cooking in France, I learned from great chefs and also in very great restaurants like the Ritz, Le Crillon, Le Pavillon Ledoyen then after this experience I left to see if I could do something in New York very nice human and culinary experience because I had my first experience as a chef in Soho, after two years I returned to France for a position of sous chef and now I'm in Dubai in the project of opening my restaurant.
