I am a chef who wants to give my guests the best gastronomic experience.
Passionate and dedicated chef with over seven years of experience, including experience in fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants. Experienced in contemporary gastronomy, fermentation and diverse flavor combinations. I've worked in top Michelin-starred restaurants in Moscow. I also had an internship in France at a fine-dining restaurant. I'm currently working in Dubai at a restaurant also awarded two Michelin stars.
