Plant-based culinary consultant, chef and recipe developer specialised in modern vegan cuisine inspired by traditional Middle Eastern flavours.
I’m a plant-based culinary consultant, chef and recipe developer who is passionate about shaping a more sustainable future of food and making plant-forward dining accessible and enjoyable for all.
My vegan lifestyle of over 14 years inspired my culinary journey in 2011, when I founded One Arab Vegan, one of the MENA region’s pioneering vegan food blogs. Since then, I’ve developed hundreds of flavourful, Middle Eastern–inspired recipes and built a vibrant online community.
I am the founder and CEO of Kinfoli, a plant-forward consultancy supporting restaurants and F&B operators to diversify their menus and embrace plant-based dining.
In 2023, I trained in Plant-Based Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu London, followed by certification as the MENA region’s first Vegan Hospitality Consultant from Vegan Hospitality.
