Get to know me better
A sushi lover and French gastronomy enthusiast, I trained under Michelin-star chef Sylvestre Wahid in Courchevel before opening a high-end fusion sush
I began my culinary adventure in 2017 by opening my first restaurant. In 2021, I was fortunate to be recruited by a renowned luxury sushi chain in Porto Cervo, Italy, where I discovered my passion for high-end sushi. Upon returning, I launched my own upscale sushi restaurant in 2022 while continuing my training.
In 2023, I spent several months in Kyoto, Japan, learning from an 80-year-old sushi master. Later that year, I joined the kitchen of two-Michelin-star chef Sylvestre Wahid at the prestigious Les Grandes Alpes hotel in Courchevel and had a stint in Singapore.
By early 2025, I collaborated on a Japanese menu for a restaurant near the Champs-Élysées. Now, seeking new challenges, I am setting up in Dubai, offering high-end sushi delivery and private chef services for events, showcasing my unique creations.
