I’m Panos, a Greek private chef based in Dubai, with international experience across private villas, fine dining and exclusive events.

My cooking is deeply rooted in Greek and Mediterranean traditions, where fresh seasonal ingredients, generous flavours and the pleasure of sharing food are at the heart of every meal. My experience across Dubai, Mykonos, Los Angeles and Zurich has also shaped my approach to international cuisine and modern culinary techniques.

I love creating personalised dining experiences that feel special without losing their warmth and authenticity. From a relaxed Greek family-style dinner to an elegant multi-course celebration, every menu is designed around the occasion, the guests and their preferences.

I take care of the details, from sourcing ingredients and preparing each dish to serving the meal and leaving the kitchen clean, so you can relax and enjoy time with your guests.

Panos and his team did a fabulous job for our dinner party of 20 guests. Both the food and presentation were great and the service exceptional. I highly recommend Chef Panos for any occasion. We asked for a Greek Themed dinner and every dish was delicious and very well prepared. The whole team were amazing in their professionalism and warmth. It did feel like Greece in Dubai.

Chef Panos was fantastic. After a full day of sightseeing, coming home to a dinner already being prepared for us was such a treat, and such a nice way to end the day together as a family. He was personable and easy to have around, and made the most of the tiny kitchen in our rental without missing a beat. All 9 of us, including the two kids, loved the food. His lamb and grilled vegetables were a real highlight, along with the tzatziki. (Yum.) It felt like a genuine taste of Greece rather than something generic. He not only cleaned up completely afterward, but even packaged up the leftovers in the fridge for us to enjoy the next day, which was such a thoughtful touch. We'd absolutely book him again if we're back in the area.
