Since childhood, I’ve loved spending time in the kitchen with my mother, gathering around her large table to enjoy lively Indian feasts prepared entirely from scratch. From her, I learned to respect fresh, authentic ingredients and to create the vibrant flavors that turned family dinners into cherished celebrations.

At the age of twenty, I traveled to Dubai; an experience that confirmed my passion for being in the kitchen and cooking for others. After completing my internship in 2010, I worked in several Indian restaurants before returning to Dubai, where I developed an efficient and highly productive approach to food preparation. I also gained valuable experience managing and ordering for large restaurant operations.

Over the years, I’ve trained and worked across a variety of cuisines, including French, Italian, Greek, barbecue, and seafood. I take pride in putting my personal touch on traditional dishes, experimenting with new flavor combinations while staying true to freshness and authenticity.

I have extensive experience in grilling steaks to perfection, as well as in preparing pizza, pasta, Indian curries, tandoori specialties, and wok dishes.
