Chef Sergi Isern

I'm Sergi, an Andorran chef based in Copenhagen. I began working in hospitality at 14 and studied at Escola Joviat. More than 20 years later, I cook private dinners, on-call events, catering and weekly meal prep. My food draws on Spanish and Mediterranean cooking: seafood, rice, seasonal vegetables and slow-cooked meats, with the final touches made on site.
