We had a date night planned, and Stéphane Nema was our private chef. At first I thought of having a japanese menu, but upon learning his Caribbean origins we decided to go for a seafood Caribbean menu instead. A feast of flavors, the dinner was amazing, even the dessert was super (and I normally don't eat them), I highly recommend Stephane.
