I respect food and ingredients and my goal is to bring them to life
I am a professional chef with 5 years of experience in this field. I studied hospitality management at the Oriental School of hospitality management in Kerala and went on to pursue my professional career at Hilton ras al khaimah resort and Spa. During my time there, I completed a 3 year on programme diploma from HTA culinary arts academy (based in South Africa) and was awarded 2018’s chef of the year.
I am currently working in Hilton the Palm in Dubai.
