I am professional chef with over 17 years’ experience in 5 star luxury culinary background. I completed my Culinary Diploma at Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management .and then I joined prestigious 5 star Luxury Resort Kandalama Hotel Sri Lanka before moving to United Arab Emirates.
Then I have worked in international brands like Marriott , Intercontinental ,Rotana Hotels ,The Address Dubai Mall Hotel , The Yas Viceroy Hotel in F1 Track . Currently I’m working Luxury upper scale hotel St Regis Sadiyaat Island as Chef De Cuisine.
During my service at The Address Hotel Dubai I have directly Involve to cater events such as Vogue fashion week / Louis Vuitton / Christian Dior / Hermes
I have catered consecutive 3 years of Abu Dhabi Grand Prix F1 as well as World Economic Forum Congress during my service at The Viceroy Hotel.
