My name is Vince
Im 33 years old from Philippines..
I started my culinary journey at the age of 22 when i started working in one of the 5 star hotel back home.
I worked in different 5 star hotels and restaurant back home in category of asian and western cuisine
And then last 2016 i decided to come in uae.
I was one of the pre-opening team in one of 5 star Jumeirah hotels.
And now i am confident to say that my expertise is italian and french cusine.
Working 4 years here i had work in french and italian specialty restaurant.
