Italian Michelin Chef! Private Dinners at Home: Your global culinary journey begins in Sydney

My passion for food was born during my childhood in Italy, surrounded by my family's culinary traditions. I honed my professional skills by attending IPSSAR in Genoa, where I was able to learn the basics of Italian and international cuisine.

My culinary journey then took me to prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens in Italy, Portugal, and Spain. In these places I had the privilege of working with talented chefs, learning innovative techniques and honing my knowledge of ingredients from all over the world.

In 2020, I took the opportunity to expand my horizons by moving to Brazil, where I worked as a chef saucier in a restaurant specializing in private events and catering. This experience allowed me to get to know the lively Brazilian culinary culture and to experiment with new flavors and combinations.
