I am a thought partner, combining creativity, technical knowledge, and a passion for food to drive my pursuit of innovation and development.
I am a passionate food innovation researcher with a strong background in gastronomy and product development. I hold a degree in Gastronomy from Universidad de las Américas and a technical certification in Food Science from Harvard. Currently, I am pursuing two postgraduate degrees: one in Food Nutrition and another in Bakery and Pastry.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, I have experience working in experimental kitchens and product research for multinational companies. I previously worked at Camil, a global food company with an extensive portfolio, and for the past two years, I have been part of Grupo Bimbo, where I focus on developing new bakery and pastry products for the QSR segment. Additionally, I have worked as a food stylist and recipe developer for renowned brands such as Catupiry.
My passion lies in food innovation, constantly seeking new ideas and perspectives to create unique and high-quality products that inspire and delight consumers.
