Hello there,
I am Alex, i come from Greece the motherland of mediterranean cuisine.
I have been a professional chef the past five years. I have graduated from Le monde institute of culinary arts. In my carreer I have worked mainly in meditteranean cuisine restaurants. On 2022 I travelled to copenhagen and stayed there for 2 years. I believe this trip enriched my experience as a chef. What I like most about cooking is the expressions of graditude and enjoyment on the face of people that have tried my creations.
