Grown up in Basque Country, food plays a key rol of my way of understanding life and culture. I'm mainly focused in top quality products worked with respect and proper techniques to achive it's greatness so I mainly focus myself in Basque and mediterranean cuisine dressed with techniques and know how developed over 11 years of working in different Michelin restaurants and luxury hotels around Europe.
