Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Domenico Vitale, a passionate young chef with over 12 years of experience in Italy’s vibrant culinary scene. My journey has taken me through some of the country’s most prestigious kitchens, including Michelin-starred establishments such as the Four Seasons and Enoteca Pinchiorri, where I refined my technique, creativity, and deep respect for Italian culinary traditions.
My cuisine is rooted in authenticity yet driven by innovation. I specialize in handmade pasta, crafted from scratch using traditional methods—transforming simple ingredients into refined dishes such as tagliatelle al ragù, ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, tortellini in brodo, and pappardelle with wild boar. The experience of preparing fresh pasta is, for me, not just cooking but storytelling: from kneading the dough to shaping each piece by hand, every step reflects care, heritage, and artistry.
Alongside pasta, I enjoy creating seasonal menus inspired by regional Italian flavors, offering dishes such as seafood risotto, osso buco with saffron risotto, parmigiana di melanzane, and delicate tiramisù to finish.
Two months ago, I moved to Zurich, Switzerland, ready to embark on my own journey and bring a true taste of Italy to a new audience—whether through private dining experiences, exclusive events, or personalized culinary projects. My goal is to create not just meals, but memorable experiences that connect people through the beauty of Italian cuisine.
