For our ingredient selection, we follow Mediterranean traditions, using natural, fresh, and organic products. This results in dishes with intense, authentic flavors that transport you to different parts of the world.

Chef Fabio and his assistant were amazing, the food, the presentation exceeded past our expectations. My husband and I both agreed that the food and service was far beyond a restaurant experience, they were even very considerate of our paw babies. Will definitely be hiring him again.

Working with Chef Fabio Javier for our anniversary was a DREAM! The dishes were incredible and the service and overall experience was so fun and unique! He was easy to communicate with and always replied quickly with any questions or changes in the menu! He has a whole array of different menus to choose from and they all looking incredible, it made it very hard to choose! We will definitely be working with him again and recommending him to EVERYONE we know! He truly helped make our anniversary dinner one of the best we have ever had. If you are hesitant in booking don't be. You are in excellent hands with Chef Fabio Javier!

Chef Javier and his wife were a pleasure to work with, providing an interesting menu that met our dietary needs, communicating well and were on time and well organised. It was nice to watch them work and speak to them, and we enjoyed the meal.

Chef Fabio and Claudia were amazing! The communication process was flawless. We aligned on a menu, which included a modified version for the kids, set a time, and the event was flawless. We schedule the dinner just 48 hours in advance in Lucerne, Switzerland. Chef Fabio and Claudia arrived on time, managed everything with no support required, had great conversation about their experiences in cuisine, delivered an amazing meal, and cleaned to perfection! I would 100% recommend Chef Fabio.

Chef Fabio his wife were incredible. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. They showed up right on time and got cooking. After a long day of hiking, we could not ask for better service. The meal was so good and we enjoyed hearing the story of Chef Fabio’s worldwide travels. To top it off, they cleaned our kitchen to perfection and there was nothing to do but relax afterwards. Can’t wait to hire him back again soon.
