Get to know me better
Someone who absolutely loves cooking and hosting people, and decided to live off it.
Throughout my whole life I've been passionate about cooking, I was (and still am) the one friend that will handle the food section in every gathering. I absolutely love the whole process, from buying the produce to cooking, and serving (wont lie to you, cleaning is not part of that passion, but learnt to enjoy it).
A few years ago, when I arrived to Verbier, I knew that I wanted to start my path in cooking. After working for 2 years in a variety of restaurants, I figured cooking was part of the passion, but without human interaction (a.k.a, seeing the reaction when they try my food), it just felt incomplete.
Thats when I decided to launch my own catering company Pizca Experience, a fire based catering company that joins both of my passions for service and cooking while letting me show people a bit of my culture.
I could keep on talking, or we can just plan something together and let our experience do the rest of the talking.

I was lucky enough to be born and raised in Argentina. Social life there, with 3 barbecues per week, will teach you how to cook if you are willing to.

No secrets, the nice thing about cooking open fire, is that my guests can see everything Im doing and interact in the process. Salt, Pepper, Love.
