Former Chef Pâtissière of 'The Ritz - Carlton' - Hertzliya.

Owners of consultation business for the food industry. Wide range experience in F&B including service and wine.

During the years I developed new bakery and pastry products for the retail market as well as created new recipes and new desserts for fine dining restaurants in parallels to teaching pastry arts for 5 years.

Have a great passion to doughs in general and pizza in particular.

After many trials, I am sure I got to the perfect formula!
