Hi there! I am Ian, a devoted and visionary F&B professional with over 10 years of experience in the kitchen and service, from small businesses to high standards luxury establishments. Lately, I have achieved a double Bachelor degree in Hospitality Business in a Swiss-American school.
Cooking is my passion since I was very little and I quickly realized that this would become my world. In the kitchen I love to explore new flavors and constantly improve my cooking skills, there is always something new to learn.
For me the hospitality business is a lifestyle: from enjoying a delicious meal or a nice coffee, to taste a wonderful wine or a great cocktail. In the last few years in addition to my cooking I have studied everything that goes with it. My interest for wines, spirits, cigars, coffee and much more drove me to take various courses about different products such as WSET Level 2 in wines, Davidoff Cigar Course, EBS Bartender Courses, and others.
Learned my way to cook in a multicultural environment, my cooking style varies in European, Mediterranean, French, Spanish, Italian, German, English Fusion, Vegetarian, Vegan, Innovative, International, London Style cuisine. I personally love to separate each culture's techniques to its ingredients, and play around to new flavors and taste discoveries.
I love to bring not only dishes, but experiences. As an Hospitality professional, I enjoy to provide whole services from start to finish: a nice aperitif, a great quality meal paired with good wines, finishing with good digestives and who knows... maybe a good cigar to top it off?
