Im Chef and Mixologist who has dedicated his life to the art of cooking and drink mixing. Having worked in some of the finest establishments around the world, i had mastered the art of creating dishes and cocktails that are not only visually stunning but also tantalizing to the taste buds.

My journey began in Barcelona where i immersed myself in the local cuisine, learning the intricate techniques that make the food so flavorful. From there, i traveled to London, Frankfurt, and Bangkok, testing my skills in different environments and experiencing different cultures.

What sets apart from other chefs and mixologists is my commitment to respecting the ingredients i use.

I believes that the key to creating great dishes and cocktails is by understanding each ingredient's unique flavour profile and bringing out the best in it. My passion for excellence is evident in every creation i make.

My insatiable appetite for new experiences and flavors had led me to travel the world, seeking out new ingredients and techniques. I use these influences to create innovative dishes and cocktails that are both familiar and unexpected.
