I started working in starred Italian restaurants from a very young age, then I opened a restaurant in Rome and one in Catania on my own, then I traveled a lot in trattorias and small restaurants throughout Italy to discover notions and recipes of the culinary tradition of the beautiful I am on the Takeachef platform in Italy for a few years and now I am moving to Spain and more precisely to Ibiza and its surroundings. I want to bring the excitement of a traditional Italian cooking experience to your tables.
