2 Michelin Star Chef with a lot of passion about the kitchen and what it means to cook.

I´m a professional Chef with a lot of experience at the high level cuisine. i made my apprenticeship in Germany, went to the famous Traube Tonbach hotel in the black forest, after i went to the german island sylt, where i cooked in 2 different restaurants. I came to switzerland for the first time in 2004 and i got the offer to open the ECCO Restaurant in Ascona. I got the first michelin star with such 26 years of age in 2007, the second one in 2010. Now, we have 3 ECCO restaurants in switzerland and all are awarded with 2 Michelin stars.
