I am a Filipino chef trained in Spain, with over 25 years of international experience in gastronomy.

I began my career in Madrid in 1997 as a dishwasher and worked my way up to Head Chef through dedication, discipline, and passion. Over the years, I have worked in Spain, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and across the Swiss and Austrian Alps.

My experience includes fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and working as a private chef for high-profile clients and families.

Currently based in Zurich, I specialize in personalized culinary experiences, combining international cuisine with a modern, refined, and healthy approach.
