Grow and graduate in culinary school in Spain

my journey START IN the world of gastronomy 1997 in Madrid as a dish washer.

From then I’grow up and learn step by step

2001 I’became a assistant chef in Italian restaurant in Madrid

AFTER 6 years I’became a head chef in American restaurant also in Madrid

After 4 years I move to Ibiza to work as service food runner and cook in the evening but only seasonal work.

1 year later I’work in London as assistant cook and in the evening helpeng my uncle in his catering business.

A year later with all my experience gain in the gastronomy I’work as private chef in one famous producer in Spain.

2 years after i move to Barcelona to study gastronomy 3 years

After 3 years I’work in the hotel juan Carlos 1 in Barcelona for 3 years

I go to school to learn about Asian kitchen etc.

I’work with Constantin Sixt in grünwald Germany as a family private chef for 2 years.

Also I’work in Barcelona as a private chef with the owner and founder of Blackwood company.

And also Iwork in a known producer from England in his mansion in Marbella as a private family chef.

2 years ago I’move to Switzerland to take the position of kitchen chef in gasthof lowen in bad Ragaz. Until last may 2024

Now I’m currently the kitchen chef of the yarn hotel in horgen Zurich.

ALSO I WORK IN SWISS ALPS ,and Austrian ALPS AS KITCHEN CHEF

But I’have my DREAMS
