professional and passionate chef with high perception of greek hospitality
After 18 years of experience in high level restaurants in Greece and have been working in all positions of a restaurant i can describe my self as a restauranter and a host than just a cooker or a patissier. I was grown at my fathers restaurant in Crete and gained the love and the passion of hosting, serving and cooking for those people who trust you for their lunch or/and dinner!!
Finally i am blessed to run my own restaurant in Athens named "Sarantatrio" since 5 years.
