Enthusiastic Swiss-Peruvian Home Chef
I am a home chef with over a decade of cooking experience. I learned to cook at Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland. I then did several internships in the culinary field including Bebbis Restaurant in Interlaken as well as Le Mistral French Restaurant in Houston, Texas.
I also learned a lot from observing my mother, who was a highly experienced cook/pastry expert. She is the inspiration for my mix of European/Latin flavours. I am also self-taught through trial and error. I love to experiment and come up with new recipes. I am not a fancy Michelin star chef, but I cook with experience and heart. I always make sure love goes into my dishes, and the flavour I provide them with proves that. My clientele is very satisfied, I will make sure you are too.
