I specialize in Afro-Caribbean cuisine, inspired by the flavors, traditions, and culinary heritage of Colombia’s Caribbean coast.
I am a Caribbean chef from Colombia, passionate about sharing the flavors, stories, and traditions of my homeland through food.
I trained as a chef at Gato Dumas and have built my experience working in different restaurants, where I developed my skills in kitchen management, traditional cuisine, menu creation, and service.
My journey has also taken me beyond the kitchen. As a tourist and gastronomic guide in Cartagena, I have had the opportunity to share Colombian culture and cuisine with travelers from around the world. This has taught me that food is more than a dish: it is a way to connect people with a place, its history, and its people.
Today, I bring both experiences together, creating culinary experiences that celebrate the richness of Colombia’s Caribbean coast and make every meal feel personal, authentic, and memorable.
