I’m a chef with 15 years of experience always in love with food and all the ingredients that surround me. I like to cook with joy and technique
I’m a professional chef graduated from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) with more than 15 years of experience in differents restaurants in Bogotá, Ciudad de Mexico, Bologna, Milan and now in Cali. All my cuisine is based in fresh national products and right now, I’m experimenting with the Pacific cuisine and all the creole and south-Colombian ingredients and recipes.
