I am a professional chef with 8 years of experience. I study at Mariano Moreno cooking school. I have a master in high cuisina and culinary management.

I worked in mediterranean restaurants here in bogota. I had de opportunity to do the four seasons casa medina opening, working as the sous chef.

I went to Spain to do some practices at El Envero restaurant where a learned many different techniques.
