I am specialist in South East Asian cuisine especially Thai, Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesian. I will serves you foods that you will never have.

I am a professional chef in south east asian cuisine and modern western. I have 20 plus years of experienced in gastronomy industry. I spent 12 years as a chef and barista in Sydney, Australia. I enjoy cooking for private event and home as well. I organized wedding, birthday party and corporate event in Australia. I am living in Slovakia for the time being and I had an Indonesian restaurant ( Makan- Indonesian restaurant) previously.

It was great, the food was fantastic! the chef let us our privacy but was also nicely communicative when we were interested. The kitchen was cleaner afterwards And even dishes he brought. I might do it again
