I look for perfection in every dish

My name is Rajesh, I am originally from Mauritius, I worked in a 5-star hotel as a Chef de partie from 1995-2003 (in The One & Only Saint Geran hotel), gaining valuable knowledge from some of the finest Executive chefs, Master chefs and Sous chefs around the world including Alain Ducass. And later on, I joined the British Forces in 2004.

I am currently based in Paderborn. employed as Executive Chef to the DSACEUR (Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe) initially, Defence General and more recently, NATO Admiral.  To list but a few, I have hosted UK Ministers, including the Secretary of State for Defence MP, 4* officers, and foreign dignitaries.
