About Me

I was born and raised in Kuwait, surrounded by a wonderful combination of cultures and flavours. My passion for cooking began in childhood, largely inspired by my mother, who has always been an incredible cook and prepares delicious, authentic Indian food.

Growing up in Kuwait while enjoying my mother’s Indian cooking gave me a unique connection to both Indian and Arabic food cultures. I developed a love for the rich spices, aromas, traditional recipes, and comforting flavours of Indian cuisine, while also being influenced by the diverse Arabic food culture around me.

Over time, cooking became much more than something I simply enjoyed—it became a genuine passion. I love experimenting with ingredients, learning new techniques, perfecting recipes, and creating food that brings people together.

Today, my cooking focuses mainly on Indian and Arabic cuisine, as well as fusion dishes that combine the flavours and techniques I grew up with in creative ways. I enjoy keeping traditional flavours authentic while also adding my own personality and creativity.

For me, cooking is about passion, culture, creativity, and sharing something meaningful with others. Every dish I prepare is made with care, and my goal is always to give guests an experience they will remember.
