I am creative and refined with a modernist culinary ideology.

I am a professional chef with 20 years culinary experience. My training started at the Antigua Hospitality Institute where I learnt the basic fundamentals of our industry. In 1997 I studied culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). I have at least 10 years experience working as a private chef. During this time I formed Island Gourmet Services, which was a catering group set up to deliver high quality food and service to property owners and rentals. I am currently the Executive chef at one of Antigua's unique boutique resorts.
