Born in Lebanon in 1979 from a professional chef's family my Grand Uncle was a Pastry Chef and my Grand Father was oriental pastry chef , I first learn my trade in Bakery following with Pastry in my native town Beirut . starting as a commie at Le vendome intercontinental ,Phoenicia intercontinental & pre opining movenpick Beirut , I set out to travel in Arabic countries and followed my passion for Pastry making. I have subsequently worked on the al bustan rotana hotel Dubai , held pastry chef position,

after two years i take another challenges in movenpick sanaa , moved to al masah hotel in Cairo managed by financial authority of the army,after al salam rotana Khartoum i had internal transfer to park Rotana & park arjan abu Dhabi & again in Cairo at intercontinental Cairo city stars.now I had a new challenge in egypt as area executive pastry chef at baron hotels &Resorts

My patisserie and boulangerie styles have developed through my travels and today my creations blend international flavors with traditional French recipes , I have an enormous passion and I am always searching for new innovations, particularly with plated desserts and breads.
