i am a thirty two year old chef, i have been in the industry for ten years. i started off as an apprentice chef in 2008, went to School of Hospitality and Tourism, attained a Diploma in Professional cookery in the year 2014. Currently studying towards a Bcom in Tourism and Hospitality . currently employed as a sous chef at troutbeck resort in zimbabwe, some of my duties are menu costing, stock control, training of junior chefs, controls in the kitchen, liaison of the department, research and development of the menu.
