I started to study cooking school when I was teenage.. the passion kick in my life.. so I decided to start working really early.

After school I decide to move to London where I met so many amazing chef that taught me many things.

After London experiences I move to the Côte d’Azur for enjoying the beautiful sun and the amazing sea.

When I’m talking about cooking i mean sharing moments with loved ones, preparing something that makes people smile and happy.. around the table.

I worked in many restaurants, hotel, catering et private dinner also in big groups as Marriott et good chain like Aldente in London

I don’t have secret, fresh products does the job, I put methods, experience and ideas.. nothing else
