Hello my name is Angelic! I was born in corozal town in Belize. I have been cooking since I was in high school and where I studied home economics.
Due to financial difficulties here in Belize I wasn't able to complete my scholarship, so I decided to get a job and now it’s been over 15 years since I started cooking cooking professionally. I am a well known on the island for my "Great Cooking “ and I’ve had the chance to cook beside some of the most prestigious chefs on the island. My favourite food to cook is Carribbean style breakfasts lunches and dinners.
I don't cook cause I have to…I I cook because I love to! I'm always happy to personally tailor my services to the guests and if I don't see a smile on my guest face while eating I'm not satisfied. My dream is to own my own restaurant!
