Italian chef and Neapolitan pizza expert with over a decade of expertise in the art of Italian cuisine.
With experience in various Italian restaurants across Europe, I've honed my passion for Neapolitan pizza. Since moving to Georgia in 2020, I've enjoyed cooking for Georgian family, one Canadian family for a year and now for another lovely pair in Tbilisi.
Using locally sourced ingredients from farmers' markets.
While Italian cuisine remains my focus, I'm open to incorporating local dishes into my menus upon request.
