I am a professional cook with an experience of 5years in culinary from the tamarind restaurant in mombasa.In 2018 I got a chance in tamarind restaurant as a kitchen steward.where I learned more about cleaning and sanitization of surfaces.in the same kitchen I started learning about cooking methods.and learning more about HACCP.
