I am a professional chef for over 10 years i have worked in ultra luxuary resort for over 7 years..... my passion for flavour , colour and texture on my plate is what i do best. I have attain an assoicate degree in culinary arts from the local instutite here in antigua. I make a awesome tiramisu to die for. Young hard working and well organised. Passionate about what i do.
