Hello, I'm chef William. A enthusiastic Caribbean born chef, that found my passion (love) in culinary arts very early on in life (4-5 years)loI eager to help my mother and family members prepare as many dishes as i could. As a teenager i would spend hours watching many cooking shows and try to recreate my favorite dishes. After high school i left the island to study international hotel management at mondriaan College in the Netherlands. I have over 18 years professional experience and knowledge in operating, managing restaurants, hotel, F@B outlets, catering businesses, bars and night club dinners.
