I would define myself as someone that is humble, generous, honest and most of all hardworking.
I am a professional chef with 13 years of experience, I gain knowlege from my home country Mauritius and study abroad in Australia which I obtain my certificates III IV in Commercial Cookery, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management.
I have worked for many renowned venues such as catering for Law Firm, Melbourne Zoo Restaurant, Flemington Racecourse, Atelier Dumont , La Clef Des Champs many more. I love cooking for people which bring them happiness and it is my passion. I am very determined and I never stop learning about different cooking style and cuisine.
