Hi My name is Chef Benny Morales CCC, I was the owner of two successful restaurant in St.thomas USVI. for 10 years until I moved to Puerto Rico. I went to Walt Disney world culinary Scholarship in conjunction of Culinary Institute of America for 4 years . Work for Walt Disney world for 7 years. I been an executive chef from 1994 to the present. I have work from small events to very large events until 8,000 guests. I'm considered my self a very responsible , word trust person, Punctual, organized, professional, and an blessed seasoning. I love to cook all type of food, my training an international cuisine and Caribbean. worked for 32 restaurant in Disney in 7 years was part of the training been able to learn how to work with different people and different cuisine, different cultural.
