A true food & beverage enthusiast that has been on a quest to continuously break the mould and let the flavors speak for itself.
I am a Michelin trained chef that has over 7 years of experience. After putting myself through the rigorous process of culinary school, I went into every kitchen with an open mind to learn and continue to build my worldly knowledge in food & hospitality. Right now, I am taking a short pause from fine-dining establishments and just wanting to cook punchy flavors using local produce. There's also a mission driven momentum that is leading me into entrepreneurial experience.
