I started over 10 years ago in Mexico City, where I had the opportunity to work with excellent chefs. I began as a dishwasher in an Italian restaurant, eventually specializing in Italian cuisine. Throughout my career, I've gained experience with Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, seafood, South American, and fusion cuisine. In Los Cabos, I've worked with renowned chefs and restaurants. Today, I want to share my experience and recipes with you.
