Chef Brendah Namuyiga

I am a dedicated and creative chef with a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Culinary School Uganda. My training equipped me with strong foundations in food preparation, kitchen management, menu planning, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

I completed my internship at Sheraton Hotel, where I gained valuable experience working in a professional, fast-paced kitchen and learned the importance of consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail. This exposure strengthened my skills in producing quality dishes and handling high-volume service.

I currently work with Java House Coffee Shop, where I continue to grow professionally by preparing a variety of meals, improving recipes, and delivering excellent customer service through well-crafted food. I am passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, experimenting with flavors, and always learning something new in the culinary world.
