Chef Caesar Kasozi

I’am an experienced chef with over 15 years in numerous restaurants and hotels, having worked at Hotel Africana and a 5star hotel known as Kampala Serena hotel Both found in Uganda. I have also worked in Somalia under the European Union troops here as head chef also in South Africa for a pizza franchise called Andiccio24. I do also have a fast food experience having worked at KFC for 5years. My training from a local Hotel Management School here in Uganda called Jimmy Sekasi Institute taught me how to be hospitable professionally. I have also undergone several courses to enhance my knowledge in this industry including the HACCP program, I choose to become a Private chef after acquiring great experience and knowledge and I love what I’m doing.
